Due to the intimate nature of some of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns for close intimate items for health, safety, and trust of our customers as these items cannot be resold. Bitt’n Melon will send instructions on how and where to send your returnable item(s), please note in some instances you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
